Back On Track

Wow, Porky can't remember exactly when is the last time he ran in a race or maybe just an official event where everyone runs together heading towards the same direction. Sort of like those zombies from Train To Busan :).

It was a fun 5km (sort of) run in the Botanical Park, one of Malacca sanctuary for nature here in Ayer Keroh. The race started sharply at 0730 am, surprisingly. Hope to join a few more of these runs, nothing to prove just some exercise in masses despite the fear of Corona Virus outbreak recently, staying away from public fear. Overthinking. 

The finisher medal and Jersey are Porky price possession for the the start of a healthy year, strike off one of those 2020 bucket lists or 2020 resolutions!

Our dream plane Icon A5 manufacturer just revealed a new engine. Its a fuel injection type, by the name of Rotax 912 iS. It will be 38% to 70% better fuel efficiency, which means you can fly extra distance using same amount of fuel, according to Horton's calculation.  With this new engine + same amount of fuel, you can now fly round trip ! whereas old engine can only get you there, this one can get you there and home too! By lowering the operating expenses, Porky is contemplating to fly twice a week in future.. one day flight, and another night flight.. its getting bexciting..

Everybody has a dream. Some small, some biggy. For Benjamin, its simple. He want to have his own angopane and fly during the weekend. ICON A5 amphibious light-sport aircraft is the answer. Sky has no limit, that is how ambitious this little pig is. More post on this next time. 10 years, thats the goal !
