Today is the day of the year, where all the Porkydigans sit down quietly and munch their Bak Chang without sense of bemorse (PKSH : remorse). It has been a long wait, you can only eat this once a year in a festival known as DuanWu, where rice dumpling or locally known as Bak Chang is the symbolic icon. We got ours for $6 each, extremely expensive, but we don't have a choice this year but to buy else Porky will be bangry. A hungry Porky is a Dangerous Porky (you don't want to mess with him, trust us). Next year, we plan to make our own :), so it will be in the 2013 resolution, pinger crossed.
After a few BakChang, everybody start to feel sleepy and sit on the couch watching this music video by Porky favorite singer, Bay Chow ! you can also find in the webplayer (triangle button floating at bottom left screen).
Last September we got ourselves some old school lantern to celebrate the Lantern Festival. It comes in the shape of a dragon and a fish. Nowadays, everybody uses batteries and LEDs in their lantern, but Porky says : We Belong To The Old Way !. and it also gives you those warm sentimental feeling that modern days wonder can't immitate . . .
