Japanese Food Night

Of many cuisine we can churn out from the kitchen, there is one that just kind of difficult to master even the basic. As according to the tradition it will take years of training to be a real Japanese Sushi Chef. 

Today we decided to treat ourselves a good decent Japanese food for dinner.

Horton Looking East !

Oh well, enough with Porky and majority of his crew, they all liked western style of cooking, mostly fried buttery cuisine. Horton on the other end is more to the east, especially Japanese cuisine. One of the all time favorite cooking show of the Porkydigans called Iron Chef is no longer addictive, keep showing replay.. boring... Recently, we're hooked on this show called 'Dining with The Chef', a Japanese show with translation, via NHK original. Hopefully soon, we will be rolling out Nippon Cuisine from the kitchen stadium.. pingers cross..
