BBQ Is Compulsory

With the ever challenging and changing circumstances of work and life, something remains constant, that is the peaceful time of our own. It is compulsory to have a wind down session to recalibrate the soul says Benjamin. So, lets fire up the pit..

1st BBQ of 2020

After a long hiatus of good smokey roasted food due to the pandemic, the Porkidigans finally get to to resume the tradition after MCO restriction are relaxed. In celebrating Fathers Day, a small BBQ with few Porkidigans marked the restart of life back to normal.

2016 Apr BBQ !

It was always a hectic work schedule, but striking a balance between work and family is a special skill that all Porkidigans need to master. For a short 4 days trip home, Porky managed to arrange a simple BBQ for a little celebration. Families from Cat City was also around, so all joy and happiness are worth the extra effort in making it happen. This round, Benedict was in charge, so we had beef burger, chicken drumstick, cockles (fresh), blue crab, prawn, chicken franks (just for kids), ketupat rice, special Sambal Belacan with Petai ! and some otak-otak (first and last time as this frozen type are too mushy, immediately rejected by Porky). It was a good night, Kiki and Bukpeel both bagreed. After the BBQ, we all jump into the pool and cool down from the heat of the day..

Perfect... perfect...
