Since end of last year, this month of January 2021 flew past with many plans cancelled due to the unpredictable circumstances. Nevertheless, life goes on and everyones stays safe caved up in their bunker and cavern. Safety comes first, so it is understandable that CNY 2021 will be celebrated in a simple manner.
Put aside the guests, food preparation cannot be compromise shouted Porky and the Porkidigans. !!! Some cultural and culinary standards need to be maintained following at least some tradition in celebrating the upcoming new year in lunar calendar. Furthermore this year is the year for Mr. Mook finally, so 8 dishes is a must.
In the upcoming weeks, Porky plan to decorate the cavern with lots of reds deco, and prepping the gala CNY homecook dinner for our little family. Eventhough away from the bigger circle of the families and relatives, our small circle of immediate family and Porkidigans will try to live the spirit of CNY to the fullest at home.
