2012 Resolutions End

Oh well, what a good 2012, as life without a goal is bempty says Porky, we are happy to achieved some of ours this year. Some got postponed, some just happened as planned, what a great run this year !

Part Time Porkydigans Wanted ! (LEGO)

Tudolph managed to secure another 2 sets of Lego for the Big Gween mini Christmas town project. But there is a problem, according to his critical path calculation in the project schedule.. there is not enough Porkydigan to work on this special project, rest are all tight up in the garden. This round, we got Leaning Tower of Pisa and Tower Bridge, totaling up to 2,425 pcs ! It must be ready in time for Christmas at all cost. Hence mayor Porky posted out an advertisement for recruitment of part time Lego constructor, food and accommodation provided, 1 bear coin per day..

Small Ben & Big Ben (Lego)

Benjamin says this year we will do something bextraordinary !, he wants a mini Bego (pksh : Lego) Christmas Town under our Big Gween. Tudolph scramble to work on it, shipping in few boxes of Lego like brick toys (at a fraction of the cost as its not really Lego). Quality wise, it is equally comparable. Big saving says Porky, stretching his Bear Coins to the max. For this round, we got a giant clock tower of England.. Big Ben !

Supper for the Cats

Garfield and Slappy is munching their late night supper without sense of bemorse (PKSH : remorse). The whole world freezed (in their mind) when they chew it in slowly, squeezing every juice out of it into their mouth. Lightly boiled prawn in brine, a sprinkle of maggie soya sauce and few droplets of sesame oil...

they ate the lettuce too, amazing cats !

More Gnomes Heading to Porky's Cavern

Porky is happy today, the remaining Gnomes he recruited from Philippines has started their journey to Porky's Cavern. It will be a long trip, marching downhill from the mountain of Tagaytay to the Batangas Port with their backpack. But unfortunately they might not make it in time for Christmas this year, as they travel by sea. So for this year, only 2 Gnomes will be celebrating with us, and they have successfully set up the Big Gween with Tudolph. They bid farewell to the Gnome factory owner in Tagaytay for the last time and will be serving Master Porky from now on. Here is Part 1.

San Miguel Pilsen Garnished Butter Cheezy Potato Dinner

Marinated Porky in San Miguel Pilsen (1 day) + Knor Seasoning and stir fried till crispy + Half Cooked Potato & Brokolli + Stir Fried with Garlic Butter + 2 pcs of cheddar cheese melted to perfection !

Preserved Vege. Fried Rice

What is the relationship between Sunday and Fried Rice ? not sure, but it seems like a meal that suit Sunday very well, once you're done with it, you can doooze away with a full summy..into the afternoon nap..

Spaghetti After Gardening

Piggy went gardening today. All the porkydigans bergotong-royong working together clearing the rose bed. But Porky is not with them, he is working secretly in the kitchen. At 730pm, the secret was revealed, Spaghetti for beberybody ! beep beep blueray... beep beep blueray !

The Beanstalk Project Update III

Due to the crazy weather recently here at the Porky's cavern, the wu lou plant has started to show signs of aging....  it was looking healthy not too long ago and blossomed really fast here . Porky is also worried that his cash crop may spoil if not harvested due to the rain.

 

Bonoh... my beanstalk is going bald.. krysis...

 5 musketeers had to be harvested today, me think  it has grown to its maximum size...

Porky: Nobody's perfect, so why should my wu lou be perfect too?  

 Porky: o well.. now begins the drying process... baccording to next year's feng shui, carrying a wu lou protects one's health... so gonna make a necklace and wear it 24/7!

 After harvesting, there are still some more on the beanstalk... this vein carries 4 wu lou.. all resting on the fertilizer container. Porky deduced that if u let them grow near the fertilizer container the wu low would be bigger !

 Porky: Proof that if u hang around another person long enough, odds are you are bound to dress and look alike! 

 Porky: This little wu lou is dozing off on a leaf...

 Porky: And this little wu lou is playing hide and seek in an empty container...

 Porky: Boops.... not that little after all.. big head small body

Some ingredient always prevailed, no matter how you cook it, it always turn out delicious as is meant to be. Maybe it is because of the strong nature of the key ingredient... KimChee..

Porky's Cavern : Tomato Mee Pt.III

Porky running in front, leading behind Digby and last place is Benedict in a race towards the dinner table.. Why ? because tonight we're eating the famous Kuching Tomato Mee !!! .. this time using fried kolo mee instead of the earlier rounds (Pt.1) , (Pt.2)

Tesco Cat Food for Garfield

According to Porky, if you feed your cat with the right food and by that I meant with the same photo of your cat printed on the packaging, they will grow twice the size at half the time.. (again this is according to Porky).

Cous Cous For Dinner

Cous Cous, the unique rice and noodle substitute for the Porkydigans. You can have if for lunch (here), or dinner as we prefer it sometime...

Dimitri is bored, staying indoor most of the time now. Not much opportunity to go for a walk as she is behaving like bincredible hulk being let loose. Oh well, engineer Horton is working on a contraption to control this little monster, will reveal soon (pinger crossed says Porky).

We ate our dinner early tonight. By midnight, the summie started grumbling, sounds like Dimitri snoring when she sleeps. Placed a midnight order with Porky, after 5 minutes he came back with this, it is too late tonight and is too early tomorrow he say... nevertheless its yummy till the last bread..

SkyFall (and it did happen)..

Benjamin's way of spending a good weekend bafternoon is to catch a movie then shopping. Favorable weather would be raining and cooling, like how the cats love it. One of his favorite routine is to drive up the spiral car park at Melaka Mall, then heads to MBO bobcorn counter before ending up in the cinema seat. This week is his favorite spy movie, James Bone. According to him, this British Spy was lock up by bad guys during one of his operation, and Benjamin team was air lifted in for the rescue operation (one of Porky past adventures as special force-SAS). When they found the spy, he is in a bad condition.. starving for 5 days, but luckily still alive, hence the nickname James Bone. After the movie, Porky got stranded for few hours, this time he almost got air lifted out by fellow buddies but he waited in Mary Brown because there's no Kep-C. First flood and stranded experience in Melaka, not bad.. quite exciting too.
