2012 Resolution : Foie Gras

YES ! finally after years of being puzzled by one question : how does it taste like ? from watching Iron Chef and AFC, Porky finally gets to try Foie Gras for the first time. It is basically 'FAT liver' from a 'FAT' goose that has been specially 'FAT'tened. At $38 it is reasonable because the taste of this dish is very 'FAT'licious. Find out more about Foie Gras here.
